We're small on purpose. The files we accept get the time they need, and we say no early when something isn't a fit for us.
Flat-fee where it works.
Real estate transactions and incorporations have predictable scope, so they get predictable prices. For everything else, we quote on the file before you commit.
English and Farsi.
We work in both, at the same standard. Useful in Vancouver, and a real bilingual practice rather than a marketing line.
Real estate, with the price up front
Most home purchases and refinances under $2 million run on a flat fee. Above that, or for First Nations Lands, we quote on the file.
Government fees, title insurance, and other third-party charges are billed at cost (typically $750 – $1,000) and are not hidden in our fee.

Most files run by phone, email, and electronic signing; in-person meetings are available when they make sense.
